Called in to get a quote and he promptly responded with a very reasonable rate after looking up the cost of parts. They worked back and forth with me via text (which I prefer) to schedule and reschedule until we had a dry window of time to have the windshield installed. They arrived on time and quickly got to work, it took approximately 30 minutes start to finish.

THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. The tech explained every aspect of the install to me while I asked numerous questions. (not something just anyone would want to do)

I will definitely be back the next time I'm in need!

My car got broken into early on a Saturday morning, back window broken. Clear Image was one of the only businesses open and able to answer my questions on the weekend. Not just that, but Kiel came out to my apartment, cleaned out the broken glass and patched up my window with special plastic until he could get the replacement window. Other places weren't able to get the window until later the next week, but with Kiel's diligence, he was able to get the window on Monday - even though it was not a very common window! He was super nice, professional, and communicated every step of the way. I highly recommend him to anyone.

No need to call any other auto glass company but this one. I initially called at least eight companies getting a price on windshield replacement when I talked to Kiel. Not only was he the best priced, he also gave me a detailed time that he would be available. The windshield on our Ford F-150 was installed within about 5 hours after we initially talked. His communication was great letting us know via text exactly what time he would be arriving. Kiel is a very ethical person/business owner, I will be using him for all of our future glass needs as well as referring him to anyone I know.

I had been putting off repairing the chip in my windshield for too long. I really hate getting stuff done on my car because it always feels like a hassle. I know, I know. It's bad. But the great thing is that Keil and Clear Image Auto Glass took all the hassle out of it. He answered my call, told me the price over the phone and made it really simple to schedule.

Better still, he came to my house and even texted me before he came so I didn't open the door in fuzzy slippers or something. Plus he was professional and polite and was even done in less than 15 minutes. It was easier than going to Starbucks. My windshield is fixed and I am very happy.

If you like the hassle of going places to get things done, well Keil, maybe isn't your guy, but if convenience and great customer service is, well, call him today!
